Sound Healing
Sound healing is an alternative treatment process that can help to improve stress, sleep, depression, anxiety, RSI, blood pressure and many other areas. Zara is an award winning musician, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge into these bespoke sessions.
Massage
Relieve muscle tension, chronic muscle pain, stress or anxiety with treatments tailored to your individual needs. Choose from hot stone, pregnancy massage, deep tissue, Indian head and holistic massage.
Intergrative Therapies
We offer other complementary therapies such as shamanic healing, reflexology, group sound baths and sacred circles.
Also available for private events, retreats and corporate
